About Us

Next Care Medical Center is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, ensuring financial accuracy, and supporting the clinic's financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions accurately.
• Prepare invoices, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
• Reconcile bank accounts and cash transactions.
• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Process payroll and employee-related financial records.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and management reports.
• Maintain accounting records in compliance with UAE regulations.
• Assist with VAT preparation and filing.
• Coordinate with auditors and management when required.
• Ensure confidentiality of all financial information.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience (medical center experience is an advantage).
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and UAE VAT regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred

• Experience with medical clinic or healthcare accounting.
• Familiarity with clinic management systems and insurance billing.
