Munchkin Town is a fun, welcoming indoor play space designed for young children and their families. We specialize in birthday parties that feel personal, joyful, and stress-free for parents—and magical for kids.

We're looking for a reliable, energetic Weekend Party Host who enjoys working with children, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in creating memorable experiences for families.

Position Overview

This role combines party hosting, event preparation, customer service, and helping during our busiest open play hours. You'll be responsible for ensuring parties run smoothly from start to finish while creating an exceptional experience for our guests.

This position is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and consistently available on weekends.

Please note: This role requires dependable weekend availability. It is not a good fit for someone who frequently requests weekends off, as weekends are our busiest operating days.

Schedule

Saturday: Approximately 10:00 AM – 6:45/7:00 PM
Sunday: Approximately 9:15 AM – 4:15 PM (depending on party bookings)

Hours may vary slightly based on party volume and event schedules.

Responsibilities Party Hosting & Guest Experience

• Host birthday parties from start to finish
• Welcome party families and help them feel supported throughout their event
• Keep parties running on schedule
• Create a fun, positive, and organized experience for guests
• Engage with children in an upbeat, friendly, and safe manner

Party Preparation & Setup

• Prepare party materials and supplies before events
• Set up and decorate party spaces
• Ensure all party details are ready before guests arrive
• Clean up and reset spaces between parties

Open Play Support

• Assist with open play operations during Saturday morning shifts
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
• Support families and answer questions as needed
