About the role
Job Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, and update the company website to ensure it is professional, user-friendly, responsive, and optimized for lead generation.
- Build and manage website pages for healthcare and homecare services, including nursing care, elderly care, physiotherapy, doctor-on-call, wellness services, and other company offerings.
- Ensure the website is mobile-friendly, fast-loading, secure, and compatible across major browsers and devices.
- Update website content, images, service descriptions, forms, banners, blogs, landing pages, and promotional sections as required.
- Work closely with the marketing, SEO, content, and management teams to implement website changes that support business goals.
- Develop and optimize landing pages for Google Ads, social media campaigns, SEO campaigns, and healthcare service promotions.
- Set up and maintain enquiry forms, contact forms, WhatsApp buttons, call buttons, booking forms, and lead capture tools.
- Monitor website performance, user experience, page speed, uptime, and technical issues.
- Troubleshoot and fix website bugs, broken links, layout issues, form errors, plugin conflicts, and other technical problems.
- Ensure the website follows SEO best practices, including proper headings, clean URLs, image optimization, internal linking, and technical SEO requirements.
- Maintain website security, including updates, backups, malware protection, SSL certificates, and access control.
- Integrate website tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, CRM systems, chat widgets, and tracking codes.
- Support the creation and management of healthcare-related blogs, service pages, FAQs, and location-based landing pages.
- Improve website structure, navigation, and call-to-action placement to increase enquiries and conversions.
- Coordinate with designers, content creators, SEO specialists, and external agencies when required.
- Ensure all website content and features comply with company policies, healthcare advertising standards, and patient confidentiality requirements.
- Maintain a backup of website files, databases, themes, plugins, and important digital assets.
- Test website updates before publishing to avoid errors or downtime.
- Provide regular reports on website performance, technical issues, updates completed, and recommended improvements.
- Stay updated with web development trends, website security practices, SEO requirements, and healthcare industry digital standards.
