Warehouse Coordinator - Full Time/Part Time Blended Role Opportunity

About the Role

CRDN of Arizona helps families and organizations recover after disaster by restoring textiles, electronics, artwork and contents. We’re seeking a proactive, highly organized Warehouse Coordinator to manage the flow and organization of inventory in our facilities. This is a part-time role with the potential to grow into full-time if additional responsibilities are accepted.

Primary Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Manage physical and digital inventory, including location tracking
• Receive, sort, and stage incoming and cleaned inventory
• Quickly locate items for office or field staff upon request
• Organize and restock warehouse supplies
• Operate a forklift safely (certification provided)
• Drive between warehouse and textile facility as needed (vehicle provided if necessary)

Optional Additional Duties (To Expand to Full-Time)

• Assist field teams during packout/packback projects
• Help digitize inventory or update inventory systems
• Perform light admin or supply management tasks
• Conduct routine safety checks and facility upkeep

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or inventory coordination preferred
• Familiarity with basic digital tools (computers, tablets, scanners, etc.)
• Forklift experience helpful; certification provided upon hire
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Able to lift 40+ lbs and be on your feet during shifts
• Self-motivated, organized, and dependable
