Waiter/Waitress

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus and explain menu items, specials, and promotions.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Enter orders into the POS system and communicate with the kitchen.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently.
• Check on guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle customer requests, complaints, and concerns professionally.
• Clear and reset tables after guests leave.
• Process bills and accept cash, card, or digital payments.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area.
• Follow food safety, health, and company standards.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Education:

• Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Hospitality: 2 years (Required)
• as waiter : 2 years (Required)
• as waitress: 3 years (Required)
