Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Deliver orders promptly and ensure guest satisfaction
- Handle cash transactions and process payments
- Assist in bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance the dining experience
Skills
- Strong customer service skills to provide a positive guest experience
- Proficiency in food handling and knowledge of food safety guidelines
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Familiarity with fine dining etiquette and hospitality standards
- Basic math skills for order taking and bill calculations
- Experience working in a restaurant environment
- Ability to bus tables efficiently
- Upselling skills to increase revenue
