Waiter

LOKAL Rooms is looking to hire servers/ waiters for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and present menus.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Serve dishes and drinks in accordance with restaurant standards.
• Ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly set.
• Provide menu recommendations and answer guest questions.
• Upsell specials and additional items when appropriate.
• Handle guest complaints professionally.
• Process payments and issue receipts.
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
• Follow all safety and hygiene regulations.

Skills & Qualifications

• 1 year minimum experience as a Waiter
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service–oriented attitude.
• Basic math skills for handling bills.
• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress (preferred).

Additional Requirements

• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Professional appearance and behavior.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs41,000.00 per month
