About the role

Job Overview:

To manage production wage calculations, piece-rate records, worker efficiency data, and wage-related activities accurately and ensure timely processing of workers’ wages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare style costing for sewing and finishing as per management requirements.
  • Verify cutting details with PPC WIP reports.
  • Develop and maintain operation style lists with approved rates.
  • Coordinate with QC and Production teams for style verification and approvals.
  • Process and implement new/special rates as approved by management.
  • Maintain and analyze operational data using Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
  • Reconcile data between gum sheet, style operations, and rate lists.
  • Prepare PO-wise summaries including quantities, rates, and total payable amounts.
  • Coordinate with Head Office Accounts for reporting and audit requirements.
  • Collect operator details (Token #) from HR department.
  • Prepare and distribute individual wage slips (Style #, Job #, Pcs, Rate, Payable).
  • Resolve employee queries related to wages and payments.
  • Apply deductions (e.g., transport) as per HR data.
  • Prepare final payable sheets for operator payments.
  • Submit approved rate lists, summaries, and payroll data to Head Office.
  • Ensure proper record-keeping and availability of all supporting documents.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, Business Administration, HR, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in IE, wages, piece-rate, or payroll operations.
  • Good knowledge of garment production processes and operations.
  • Knowledge of piece-rate and production-based wage calculation.
  • Good command of MS Excel and data handling.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Knowledge of attendance, overtime, and payroll calculations.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in production and wage data.
  • High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet payroll deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
