About the Role

Gridless is looking for a video production intern to help us build out a library of video content for our website, YouTube, and social channels. This is a hands-on role: you'll be shooting, editing, and helping us explain how our products work to customers and partners in the field.

We are looking for you to create clear, well-edited tutorial and educational content. You'll have a lot of ownership over how these videos look and come together, from filming on-site to adding captions, callouts, and simple graphics that make technical steps easy to follow.

What We're Looking For

• Comfort shooting video on a phone or basic camera setup. Professional gear experience is not a requirement.
• Strong editing skills, including adding text overlays, captions, callouts, and simple motion graphics to make technical content clear.
• Interest in learning technical concepts well enough to explain them accurately on camera.
• Reliable, organized, and able to manage a recurring content schedule.
• A portfolio or reel showing past video/editing work (school projects, personal channels, and social content all count).

Schedule & Compensation

• Flexible, part-time hours built around your school schedule
• On-site at Gridless in Pennsauken, NJ
• Potential to extend into a part-time or full-time role based on performance and ongoing content needs
