GoPromo is a performance-driven growth marketing agency helping brands scale through creative content, paid media, and digital marketing. We're looking for a talented Video Editor (Short-Form / Motion Graphics) who can transform raw footage into engaging, high-retention social media content.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit high-quality short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Meta platforms.
• Produce engaging talking-head videos with animated captions, kinetic typography, and B-roll integration.
• Create cinematic before-and-after transformation videos with professional color grading.
• Design and animate motion graphics, transitions, callouts, and on-screen elements.
• Perform professional color correction, sound design, audio cleanup, and mixing.
• Maintain brand consistency across multiple client accounts.
• Deliver polished, platform-ready content within project deadlines.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–4 years of professional video editing experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
• Strong expertise in motion graphics, kinetic typography, animated captions, and visual storytelling.
• Excellent color grading and sound design skills.
• Strong understanding of pacing, retention, and short-form content optimization.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• Must be available to work full-time, on-site in Islamabad.
• A portfolio showcasing relevant short-form editing work is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar editing software.
• Knowledge of current social media trends and content strategies.
• Experience managing media assets and sound libraries.
