Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and experienced Video Editor & Graphic Designer to join our team. This is a combined role for someone who can manage both high-quality video production and professional graphic design work.

The ideal candidate should have approximately three years of relevant experience and strong practical knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop. The candidate should have proven experience editing videos for YouTube channels and designing company profiles, brochures, and other marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities of Video Editor & Graphic Designer

• Edit high-quality videos using Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Produce engaging video content for YouTube channels, websites, social media platforms, and digital campaigns.
• Edit both long-form and short-form videos while maintaining strong pacing, storytelling, and viewer engagement.
• Add subtitles, transitions, sound effects, background music, lower thirds, intros, outros, and branded visual elements.
• Perform colour correction, audio balancing, video enhancement, and basic motion graphics where required.
• Resize and adapt videos for different social media platforms and digital formats.
• Create professional YouTube thumbnails and other supporting visual assets.
• Design company profiles, brochures, presentations, flyers, social media posts, banners, and other marketing materials.
• Create and edit graphics using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
• Develop layouts that are visually appealing, professional, and consistent with the company’s branding.
• Prepare print-ready and digital versions of brochures, company profiles, and promotional materials.
• Edit, retouch, and enhance photographs and other visual assets.
• Maintain consistency in typography, colour, layout, and visual identity across all designs.
• Work closely with the content and marketing teams to understand project requirements and creative briefs.
• Manage multiple video editing and graphic design projects at the same time.
• Organise project files, footage, images, audio, and design assets efficiently.
• Review and revise videos and designs based on feedback from the internal team or clients.
• Ensure all work is completed accurately, professionally, and within agreed deadlines.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• Approximately three years of professional experience in video editing and graphic design.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Proven experience editing high-quality videos for YouTube channels.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
• Practical experience designing company profiles, brochures, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Good understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, branding, and visual composition.
• Experience with video formats, frame rates, resolutions, and platform-specific requirements.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow creative briefs.
• Good communication and time-management skills.
• Ability to accept feedback and make revisions efficiently.

Preferred Skills

• Experience creating motion graphics and basic animations.
• Knowledge of Adobe After Effects will be an advantage.
• Experience designing content for corporate, professional services, or digital marketing brands.
• Understanding of print design requirements, including bleed, margins, colour modes, and resolution.
• Familiarity with social media content formats and current digital design trends.
