Position Overview

We are seeking polished, professional, and well-presented individuals who take pride in their appearance and demeanor. As a Hospitality Security Professional / Door Host, you’ll represent both our company and our partner venues, ensuring guest safety while maintaining an inviting, upscale environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage entry with professionalism and courtesy
• Maintain awareness of crowd dynamics and proactively address issues
• Uphold venue policies and ensure ID verification compliance
• De-escalate conflicts using calm, respectful communication
• Collaborate with venue management and staff to maintain a positive atmosphere
• Provide excellent customer service consistent with hospitality standards

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and behavior
• Prior nightlife, security, or hospitality experience preferred — but not required
• Ability to stand for extended periods and manage high-energy environments
