UI/UX Designer

About the Role

Redix is looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with at least 1 year of professional experience to join our growing product team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for designing intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing mobile and web applications. You will work closely with product managers and developers to create seamless digital experiences from concept to final design. Modern UI/UX roles typically involve user research, wireframing, prototyping, usability improvements, and close collaboration with development teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design modern, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces for mobile and web applications.
• Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Conduct UX research and translate user needs into effective design solutions.
• Maintain consistency using design systems and reusable components.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Improve existing products based on user feedback and usability testing.
• Follow the latest UI/UX design trends, accessibility standards, and best practices.
• Present design ideas and incorporate feedback from stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a UI/UX Designer.
• Strong command of Figma.
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design.
• Basic knowledge of design systems, typography, color theory, and accessibility.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• A portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects is required.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing mobile applications (Android & iOS).
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
• Understanding of developer handoff and design documentation.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum workflows.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
