UAE National Interior Designer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly creative and passionate UAE National Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and implementing innovative and functional interior design solutions for a diverse range of projects, including residential, commercial, and hospitality spaces, while adhering to local regulations and cultural sensitivities. This role requires a strong portfolio, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of design principles and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to determine their needs, preferences, safety requirements, and purpose of the space.
• Develop design concepts, mood boards, and detailed presentations that align with client vision and project objectives.
• Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and schedules for all aspects of interior design, including space planning, furniture layouts, lighting design, material selection, and custom millwork.
• Select and specify furniture, fixtures, equipment (FF&E), and finishes, ensuring quality, durability, and aesthetic appeal, while staying within budget.
• Collaborate effectively with architects, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee the installation of design elements and conduct site visits to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
• Manage project timelines and budgets efficiently, ensuring timely completion and cost-effectiveness.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in interior design, materials, and technologies, particularly those relevant to the UAE market.
• Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and health and safety standards in the UAE.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional service and communication.
