Position Summary

We’re seeking a motivated Therapy Assistant with a background in kinesiology, exercise science, or a related field to join our team. This role involves assisting in physiotherapy treatments, helping patients perform therapeutic exercises and stretches, and supporting clinical operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in physiotherapy treatments and therapeutic modalities under clinical supervision
• Demonstrate and coach patients through exercises and stretches prescribed by the doctor
• Monitor patient performance to ensure safety and correct technique
• Maintain treatment areas, equipment, and supplies
• Support clinical staff with daily operations and patient flow
• Train and certify in Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) — certification provided by clinic

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or near completion) in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or related field
• Prior experience in a physical therapy, chiropractic, or rehabilitation setting is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, dependable, and eager to learn
• Comfort working hands-on with patients in a clinical environment
