Kind and appreciative third-time parents in Alexandria are seeking temporary daytime support as they navigate a challenging feeding and weight-gain journey with their young infant. Their sweet baby is doing well with bottle feeding, and the family would love an experienced professional who can provide hands-on infant care, feeding support, reassurance, and guidance during this important stage.

The ideal candidate has extensive newborn experience, is knowledgeable about infant feeding and development, and can bring a calm, supportive presence to the home. This is a fantastic opportunity to help a loving family gain confidence and establish a successful routine during the newborn months.

Responsibilities

• Support feeding routines and help monitor intake and feeding schedules
• Collaborate with parents to maintain consistent infant care practices
• Assist with bottle preparation and feeding-related tasks
• Track naps, feedings, and developmental observations as needed
• Maintain infant-related organization and cleanliness

Qualifications

• Extensive professional newborn and infant care experience
• Newborn Care Specialist certification preferred but not required
• Knowledge of infant feeding, sleep, and developmental milestones
• Excellent references and strong communication skills
• Must be legal to work in the United States

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
