Schedule: Monday: 8:15 AM – 4:00 PM Tuesday: 8:15 AM – 6:00 PM Thursday: 8:15 AM – 12:00 PM

Description:

A warm and welcoming family is seeking an experienced, professional nanny to care for their bright and engaging 2-year-old daughter. Both parents work from home in demanding careers and are looking for a caregiver who can provide attentive, structured, and nurturing care during the workday.

About the Child
This sweet and intelligent toddler loves reading, singing, imaginative play, arts and crafts, and outdoor activities like swinging, chalk, and bubbles. She is observant, a great eater and sleeper, and thrives with consistency and positive reinforcement. She is beginning potty training and benefits from gentle guidance and redirection, especially around safety awareness. She may be shy at first but warms up quickly.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, hands-on care with a focus on safety and development
• Engage in age-appropriate, screen-free play and learning activities
• Support early learning and structure through play
• Assist with potty training
• Serve pre-prepared meals and handle light clean-up afterward
• Maintain child’s hygiene (diapers, clothing changes)
• Tidy play areas and manage child-related laundry and dishes

Household Environment

• Casual, respectful work environment
• Both parents work from home
• One small, friendly dog (minimal care required—just occasional letting outside)
• Suburban home near walking paths and a local school/track
