Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Telesales Agent to join our telecom sales team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in telesales, preferably in the telecom industry, and should be confident in handling outbound calls, generating leads, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers
• Promote and sell telecom products and services
• Generate and convert leads into successful sales
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Maintain customer records and update CRM systems
• Follow up with customers to ensure sales closure
• Provide excellent customer service and support

Requirements:

• Previous experience in telesales (telecom industry preferred)
• Any nationality can apply
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Arabic (preferred)
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Basic computer knowledge
