Sage Learning is Hiring: Technical Trainer (Data & Analytics)

We've already helped dozens of students land roles with some of the world's biggest companies, and we're looking for a Technical Trainer to help take our student experience to the next level.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Technical Trainer, you'll be responsible for delivering world-class training sessions and helping students develop job-ready technical skills.

You'll Be Teaching:

• SQL
• Python
• Microsoft Excel
• Power BI
• Microsoft 365 (including key productivity and collaboration tools)

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver live online training sessions and workshops
• Break down complex concepts into easy-to-understand lessons
• Support students through Q&A sessions and office hours
• Review student projects and provide constructive feedback
• Create and improve learning materials, exercises, and resources
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices
• Help students build confidence as well as technical competence

Who We're Looking ForEssential Requirements:

✅ Strong knowledge of SQL, Python, Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft 365

✅ Confident teaching live groups and presenting on camera

✅ Excellent communication skills

✅ Ability to simplify technical concepts for beginners

✅ Patient, approachable, and genuinely passionate about helping others succeed

✅ Experience delivering training, coaching, mentoring, or teaching

Bonus Points:

⭐ Experience working as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, Data Scientist, or similar role

⭐ Experience creating educational content

⭐ Experience running webinars or online workshops

⭐ Knowledge of job market requirements within data and analytics

❌ You know the tools but don't enjoy teaching them
