About the role
Move Energy is looking for a skilled and motivated Technical Support Engineer with expertise in IP-66 inverters to join our growing team.
Job Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of IP-66 solar inverters
- Experience in troubleshooting and technical support
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle on-site and remote technical issues
- Relevant field experience will be preferred
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for inverter systems
- Diagnose and resolve technical faults
- Assist clients with installation and system performance issues
- Coordinate with the technical team for smooth operations
