About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Support Associate to assist customers with software-related inquiries while ensuring accurate data management within our systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries through phone, email, and messaging platforms.
- Guide clients through software usage and troubleshoot common issues.
- Document support activities and maintain customer records.
- Perform data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Good understanding of computer applications and MS Office.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in customer support or data management is an advantage.
Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
