Technical Project Manager

Role Overview

RecruitFutures is partnering with a key client to hire a Technical Project Manager (TPM). In this role, you will own the end-to-end delivery of medium to complex SaaS, Data, and GenAI programs. This is a highly technical role requiring deep execution rigor, architecture alignment, and the ability to drive high-quality, scalable, production-ready systems from discovery to hypercare.

Position Details

Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid - 2 Days In-Office)

Working Days: 5 Days/Week

Experience: 8 to 12 Years

Notice Period: Maximum 30 Days

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Delivery: Own successful delivery from customer discovery through production go-live and hypercare. Translate ambiguous requirements into clear user stories and aligned technical directions.

Governance & Execution: Establish strong delivery governance including sprint planning, release management, DoD/DoR, and quality gates. Handle capacity planning and cross-team dependencies.

Technical Leadership: Participate in architecture discussions, validate high-level design decisions, and evaluate technical trade-offs across backend, frontend, mobile, and data teams.

Engineering Excellence: Champion modern practices including microservices, event-driven architectures, CI/CD, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and AI-assisted development (e.g., Copilot).

Customer Interface: Act as the primary interface for global customers (US/EU), managing expectations, escalations, risk mitigation, and executive reporting.

Required Qualifications

Education & Certifications: BE/MS in Computer Science or related field. Mandatory PMP and/or CSM certification.

Experience: 8+ years total experience, with 4+ years leading cross-functional software product delivery. Must come from a mid-level service company background.

Pay: Up to ₹2,800,000.00 per year
