Tech Product Owner / Implementation Tech Lead

Key Responsibilities *

• Coordinate vendor delivery teams
• Configure accounts, portfolios, custody, corporate actions, reporting
• Oversee platform environments (DEV / SIT / UAT / PROD)
• Ensure performance, availability, and operational readiness
• Privileged access management
• Support audit and logging requirements
• Support production cutover and hypercare

Required Skills *

• Deep hands on experience with Wealth platforms
• Swiss or EU private banking implementations
• Platform configuration and release management
• Wealth operations knowledge
• Experience in implementing Finnova is a plus
• Experience with Incore Sobaco is a plus

Preferred Tech Stack

• Experience in software development, including proficiency in programming languages (Java, .net Core and frameworks).
• Strong hands-on experience of relational databases (Postgres DB, Oracle, SQL Server) and moderate knowledge NoSQL databases (like MongoDB).
• Proficiency in cloud platforms and cloud architecture (AWS, Azure).
• Experience in designing and using APIs, microservices, integration solutions.
• Experience with serverless architecture
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles, data privacy regulations and security architecture.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and automation tools.
• Awareness of emerging technologies in Fintech, such as blockchain, AI/ML, and digital wallets.
• Proficiency in architectural design tools (Visio, Draw.io).

Familiarity with project management software (JIRA, Confluence)
