Tamheer (Product Designer)

JOB PURPOSE :

Design intuitive, user centered digital experiences that enhance usability, increase engagement, and align product interfaces with strategic business objectives.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Design user interfaces and experiences across digital products
• Conduct user research and usability testing
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver features
• Translate product requirements into user centered design solutions
• Maintain and evolve design systems and component libraries
• Optimize user journeys and interaction flows
• Conduct usability analysis and implement design improvements
• Ensure brand consistency and accessibility standards
• Contribute to innovation in digital experience design
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human Computer Interaction, Visual Communication, or related field
  
  

• Internship, academic, freelance, or personal project experience in product design is required
• Familiarity with designing digital experiences for web or mobile platforms
• Basic understanding of user research and usability testing methods
• Ability to collaborate, receive feedback, and work with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with design systems, reusable components, and common design tools
• A portfolio demonstrating design thinking, problem solving, and visual design skills
