Are you currently working in agency recruitment but looking to move into an in-house talent acquisition role?

Anna Maher Recruitment is working with a growing business in Doncaster to recruit a Talent Acquisition Specialist / Coordinator to support their expanding recruitment function.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys the candidate side of recruitment and wants to focus on sourcing, relationship building and delivering a great recruitment experience—without the pressure of constant business development.

You'll be responsible for:

• Sourcing and engaging candidates

• Building talent pools

• Candidate screening and onboarding

• Recruitment administration and compliance

• Managing contractor relationships

• Supporting a busy internal recruitment team

We're looking for someone with:

✔ Recruitment, Resourcing or Talent Acquisition experience

✔ Strong organisational and communication skills

✔ A proactive approach and excellent attention to detail

Experience recruiting within Engineering, Construction, HSE, Power or Renewables would be an advantage but isn't essential.
