System Architect – Industrial Digital Solutions

Job Summary

Lead the design of end-to-end Industrial Digital Solutions by understanding customer business processes and operational challenges, then translating them into scalable, secure, and integrated solution architectures for utilities and process industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand customer processes, business requirements, and digital transformation objectives.
• Design solution architectures for MES, IIoT, OEE, APM, CMMS, Predictive Maintenance, AI Analytics, Digital Twin, Historian, Energy Management, and Remote Monitoring .
• Architect integrated Industrial Automation solutions including PLC, SCADA, DCS, RTU, Instrumentation, BMS, Leak Detection, and Electrical Systems .
• Design secure OT/IT connectivity using Industrial Ethernet, Fiber, Wi-Fi, 4G/5G, NB-IoT, LoRaWAN, Edge Computing, Cloud, and IoT Gateways.
• Define communication architectures using OPC UA, MQTT, Modbus, PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, IEC 61850, IEC 60870-5-104, BACnet, REST APIs , and SQL databases.
• Lead customer workshops, site assessments, solution presentations, and technical proposals.
• Support Sales, Presales, and Project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Establish architecture standards, ensure cybersecurity compliance, and provide technical governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical, Automation, Control, Mechatronics, Computer, or Industrial Engineering.
• 5–8 years of experience in Industrial Automation and Digital Solutions.
• Experience in Manufacturing, Infrastructure, Process Industries and Utilities.
• Experience with platforms such as Schneider Electric, Siemens, Rockwell, ABB, AVEVA, Ignition, Azure, or AWS is preferred.
