🔧 We're Hiring: Supply Chain Manager – Gulf Group 🔧

Gulf Group is a leading engineering company specializing in HVAC Solutions, Facility Management, After-Sales Services, Trading, Contracting, Building Management Systems (BMS), and Spare Parts.

We're looking for an experienced, results-driven Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations.

📌 Position Summary

The Supply Chain Manager will develop and execute supply chain strategies that ensure efficient procurement, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, and supplier performance — supporting business growth and operational excellence.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

✅ Develop and implement the company's supply chain strategy aligned with business objectives

✅ Manage procurement, logistics, warehousing, inventory control, and demand planning

✅ Build strategic relationships with local and international suppliers

✅ Lead supplier evaluation, contract negotiation, and performance management

✅ Ensure timely availability of materials for projects, maintenance, and trading operations

✅ Optimize inventory levels while minimizing excess and obsolete stock

✅ Monitor procurement KPIs, inventory accuracy, logistics costs, and supplier performance

✅ Collaborate closely with Sales, Projects, Operations, Finance, and Service departments

✅ Drive continuous process improvements and ERP utilization

✅ Lead, mentor, and develop the Supply Chain team

🎓 Qualifications

▪️ Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field

▪️ MBA or CSCP/CPIM/CIPS certification preferred

▪️ Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in a managerial role

▪️ Experience in engineering, HVAC, construction, industrial, or technical trading companies

▪️ Strong knowledge of procurement, logistics, inventory management, and international sourcing

▪️ Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or similar)

▪️ Excellent leadership, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills

▪️ Fluent English required; Arabic is an advantage
