**Pay:**$24 - $26.00 per hour

Elevate Workforce is currently seeking experienced **Structural Welder/Fitters** for a long-term position

in Irvington, Alabama. This position requires individuals who are skilled in **both structural fitting and structural welding**. Applicants must be able to read drawings, fit structural steel components accurately, and complete high-quality welds to specification

• Fit and assemble structural steel using blueprints and shop drawings.
• Perform structural welding using approved welding processes.
• Measure, lay out, tack, and weld structural components.
• Operate hand tools, grinders, torches, and other fabrication equipment.
• Inspect work for accuracy and quality.
• Follow all company and job site safety requirements.

Qualifications:

* Experience as both a **Structural Fitter and Structural Welder** is required.

• Ability to read and interpret structural blueprints and fabrication drawings.
• Strong knowledge of welding techniques and fitting procedures.
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
