SR. MECHANICAL ENGINEER

• Mechanical Engineering Degree — Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent (UAE attested).
• Experience in High-Rise/Tower Projects — Minimum 10 years total UAE/GCC experience, with strong exposure to tower, mixed-use, or large commercial projects.
• MEP Site Execution — Expertise in installation, testing, commissioning, and coordination of all mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, drainage, firefighting).
• Technical Drawings & Coordination — Ability to review shop drawings, method statements, material submittals, and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• QA/QC & Compliance — Strong understanding of QA/QC procedures, authority requirements, and international standards
• Site Supervision — Daily monitoring of site progress, manpower allocation, subcontractor coordination, and resolving technical issues.
• Project Documentation — Skilled in preparing reports, inspections, RFI responses, and maintaining site records.
• Leadership & Communication — Ability to lead teams, coordinate with consultants/clients, and ensure smooth project execution.
• HSE Awareness — Ensuring all mechanical works follow safety standards and site protocols.
• Software Proficiency — Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and project coordination tools.
