Job Overview
A facilities management company is seeking a Solid Waste Collection Supervisor to oversee daily waste collection operations and ensure efficient service delivery in accordance with health, safety and environmental standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise waste collection crews.
- Coordinate daily collection routes and schedules.
- Monitor vehicle and equipment utilisation.
- Ensure compliance with waste management procedures.
- Conduct site inspections.
- Prepare operational reports.
- Ensure safe working practices are followed.
- Coordinate with clients regarding service delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in solid waste collection or municipal waste management.
- Previous supervisory experience.
- Good knowledge of waste collection operations and HSE requirements.
- Strong organisational and leadership skills.
Preferred
- Waste Management or Environmental qualification.
- Relevant HSE certification.
- Qatar Driving Licence.
