Software Engineer, AI Voice & Call Center Implementation

We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer to support the implementation of an AI-powered call center solution.

This is initially a three-month project, with the possibility of extension to six months and potentially a longer-term or full-time role based on project requirements and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement AI voice and call center solutions
• Integrate speech-to-text and text-to-speech technologies
• Work with large language models and conversational AI systems
• Integrate AI services with existing enterprise applications
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to deliver the project

Requirements

• Minimum five years of professional software engineering experience
• Hands-on experience with AI voice, speech-to-text, text-to-speech and LLMs
• Strong experience with Java, WebLogic and React
• Experience integrating APIs and enterprise systems
• Ability to work independently and deliver within project timelines
• Available to start immediately

Contract: Three months initially, with potential extension
Start Date: Immediate

Pay: ﷼2,891.85 - ﷼15,427.44 per month
