Job Description

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing & Video Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media, digital marketing, and short-form video content, with the ability to create engaging content that attracts audiences and generates business results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for social media platforms.
• Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos and social media content.
• Plan and manage monthly content calendars.
• Create creative concepts, scripts, captions and promotional content.
• Manage Instagram, Facebook and other social media platforms.
• Run and monitor Meta Ads campaigns and optimize performance.
• Research trends, competitors and audience behaviour.
• Track social media and advertising performance and prepare basic reports.
• Work closely with the creative and marketing team to develop campaign ideas.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, AI tools and digital marketing techniques.Requirements
• Experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing and Video Content Creation.
• Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and Meta Ads.
• Basic to advanced video editing skills.
• Knowledge of Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut or similar editing software is an advantage.
• Creative thinking and good visual sense.
• Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
• Ability to write basic scripts, captions and marketing copy.
• Knowledge of AI tools for content creation is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
