Social Media Marketing Specialist

We’re looking for a Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, and experienced in managing paid and organic campaigns across multiple platforms to drive brand growth and engagement.

Employment Type: Full-time, On-site
Shift Timings: night shift (8 PM-5 AM)
Location: DHA Phase 5, Karachi

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage and optimize paid campaigns on Meta, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Create engaging content and ensure consistent brand presence across platforms.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience insights.
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports.
• Collaborate with design and client teams to deliver high-quality campaigns.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in social media marketing (eBook domain will be plus).
• Strong understanding of Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns.
• Creative mindset with the ability to identify and adapt to new trends.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
