Site Supervisor

Location: Korangi, Karachi

Project: high-rise Building with Pile Foundation

Experience

2–4 years of relevant experience in building construction.

Experience in high-rise buildings and pile foundation projects will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise all day-to-day site construction activities.

Monitor piling, excavation, raft foundation, RCC, masonry, and finishing works.

Prepare and update shop drawings using AutoCAD.

Maintain all site documentation, including approved drawings, inspection requests (IRs), material submittals, site records, and reports.

Coordinate with the Consultant, Contractor, Surveyor, and Project Management team.

Verify reinforcement, shuttering, concrete works, and site levels before execution.

Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.

Ensure quality standards and safety requirements are followed on site.

Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure work is completed as per the approved schedule.

Requirements

DAE (Civil) or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.

2–4 years of relevant site experience.

Good knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.

Ability to prepare and understand shop drawings.

Good understanding of structural and architectural drawings.

Strong communication, documentation, and coordination skills.

Ability to work independently and manage site activities efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
