We're working with a highly regarded engineering-led organisation looking to hire two Platform Engineers to join a growing infrastructure team.

This is an opportunity to join at a pivotal point. The team is investing heavily in its platform capabilities and is looking for engineers who enjoy building scalable systems, automating everything possible, and creating the foundations that enable product teams to move quickly and safely.

This role will suit someone who enjoys solving complex infrastructure challenges, thrives in technically ambitious environments, and wants to have a genuine impact on the direction of a platform function.

What You'll Be Doing

• Designing, building, and scaling cloud infrastructure
• Automating operational processes and eliminating manual toil
• Developing and maintaining Infrastructure as Code
• Improving platform reliability, observability, and resilience
• Building and supporting Kubernetes-based environments
• Developing CI/CD tooling and deployment workflows
• Partnering with engineering teams to improve developer experience
• Influencing technical decisions and platform strategy

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience within Platform Engineering, SRE, DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering
• Experience building and scaling infrastructure from the ground up
• Deep Linux and cloud expertise
• Strong automation mindset
• Experience operating distributed systems at scale
• Comfortable working autonomously and owning projects end-to-end
• Pragmatic problem solver with excellent technical judgement
