Auxilium is currently seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join a leading construction and engineering organization in the UAE.

We are looking for a proactive professional with strong site execution experience, excellent coordination skills, and a commitment to delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities on-site.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and quality standards.
• Prepare site reports and maintain project documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Proven experience in building construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and site management.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• UAE experience is preferred.
