Job Description
Oversee day-to-day site operations for interior fit-out projects, ensuring all work is executed according to approved drawings, project specifications, and safety requirements. The role involves coordinating with subcontractors, consultants, clients, and project managers to deliver high-quality projects within the scheduled timeline.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, / Architecture / Interior Design Construction Engineering.
- 3–8 years of experience in interior fit-out projects (commercial, retail, hospitality, or residential).
- Strong knowledge of interior finishing materials and construction methods.
- Ability to read and interpret construction and shop drawings.
- Familiarity with local building regulations and safety standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project management software is an advantage.
- Valid driving license
