Robeks is hiring an experienced Shift Leader who can quickly step into running shifts, supporting the team, and delivering a strong guest experience. This role is ideal for someone who already has leadership experience and wants to grow into Assistant Manager and beyond.

You’ll work directly with an experienced multi-unit owner who promotes from within, giving motivated team members a clear path to advancement.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead shifts and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Support and motivate team members during busy periods
• Delegate tasks and maintain accountability across the shift
• Step in as leader-on-duty when management is not on-site
• Help maintain high standards for service, cleanliness, and product quality
• Address issues quickly and keep the team focused

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous leadership experience (shift lead, key holder, or similar role)
• Ability to confidently run a shift within a few weeks of training
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
• Comfortable giving feedback and coaching team members
• Reliable, organized, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
