Senior Sales Manager

NEX Solutions, a full-stack AI and technology company under Al Sharqi Holding, is hiring a Senior Sales Manager to build and lead our commercial function in Qatar.

This is a build-from-the-front role. You'll personally close major enterprise and government accounts across AI, cybersecurity, simulation, drones, and systems integration — while recruiting and coaching a team of four Account Executives. You own the number for NEX in Qatar.

You'll bring:

• 7+ years in B2B technology sales, with team-lead or management experience
• A proven record closing large enterprise and/or government deals in Qatar or the GCC
• Genuine technical fluency — you can hold your own on AI, cyber, simulation, or systems
• Fluent English and Arabic
• A strong network across Qatar enterprise and government buyers
