Junior Procurement Engineer

Job Summary

Multiples Decoration Design & Fitout LLC is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Procurement Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong Civil Engineering background and at least one year of mandatory experience in the interior fit-out industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials, coordinating with suppliers, and supporting procurement activities to ensure the timely execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and procure construction and interior fit-out materials based on project requirements.
• Obtain, evaluate, and negotiate supplier quotations to achieve cost-effective purchasing.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and suppliers to ensure timely material delivery.
• Prepare purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records.
• Monitor deliveries and resolve procurement-related issues.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 1 year of mandatory experience in the interior fit-out industry.
• Knowledge of procurement processes, construction materials, and supplier management.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
