Senior Procurement Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Procurement Engineer to lead procurement and contracting activities for major and mega construction projects. This is a project-focused, strategic role supporting projects from early planning through execution, not a routine procurement position.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead procurement and contract management for high-value and mega construction projects
• Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with project schedules, budgets, and technical requirements
• Manage sourcing, pricing, negotiations, contract drafting, and award processes
• Lead commercial negotiations with suppliers, subcontractors, and service providers
• Coordinate with legal, finance, and project teams to finalize contracts
• Manage long-lead items and critical procurement packages
• Lead and guide the procurement team during project execution
• Monitor procurement performance using Power BI dashboards and reporting tools
• Ensure compliance with company policies and delegation of authority
• Support cost optimization and value engineering initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related)
• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction procurement and contracts
• Landscaping project experience preferred
• Certifications or formal training in procurement, contracting, or negotiations
• Strong experience in project-based procurement and mega projects
• Expertise in sourcing, pricing, and commercial evaluations
• Excellent negotiation and contract management skills
• Experience with Power BI, dashboards, and procurement tracking tools
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Solid understanding of construction project requirements
