• BSC in Engineering & MMUP Licensed (Grade -A)
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 is must. Should have experience in PWA building projects.
• 15 – 20 years of relevant experience. Prepare cost Estimation for all General Service projects.
• Prepare the Statement of requirements (SOR), execution, strategy, and budget cost estimate.
• Prepare tender documents, contract procedure, technical specifications, and bid evaluation.
• Review and amend project control clauses of tender documents as necessary.
• Perform pre-qualification, technical, and price evaluation of tenders.
• Candidate must be in Qatar.
