Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 5–7 years of HR experience, preferably within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and Emiratization requirements.

• Proven experience in Emiratization / UAE National recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, and employee relations.
• Good analytical and reporting skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

• Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR operations.
• Develop and implement Emiratization plans in line with business requirements and UAE regulations.
• Monitor Emiratization targets, workforce ratios, and compliance requirements.
• Support the recruitment and development of UAE Nationals across different functions.
• Maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with UAE labor laws.
• Manage employee records, HR reports, and workforce data.
• Partner with management to address employee relations and HR-related matters.
• Support performance management, training, and career development initiatives.
• Prepare regular HR and Emiratization reports for management.
• Stay updated on UAE labor and Emiratization regulations and ensure timely compliance.
