• Develop creative concepts and visual designs for campaigns, social media, branding, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Ensure consistency of brand identity across all designs and communication channels.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and production teams to deliver engaging creative assets.
• Lead and guide junior designers, providing feedback and creative direction.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
• Prepare final artwork for print and digital production.
