Senior Barista Required

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Barista to join our café team.

Position: Senior Barista

Responsibilities:

• Prepare high-quality coffee and specialty beverages according to company standards
• Ensure excellent taste, presentation, and consistency of all drinks
• Operate and maintain coffee machines and equipment
• Train and support junior baristas in coffee preparation techniques
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the coffee station
• Manage daily barista operations and provide outstanding customer service

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Barista or Senior Barista in a café, restaurant, or hospitality environment
• Strong knowledge of espresso, coffee brewing methods, and beverage preparation
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented attitude with leadership skills
