Senior Accountant

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant with strong knowledge of accounting operations, VAT return preparation, and QuickBooks software. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 7 years of accounting experience and be capable of managing accounting records, financial reports, and UAE VAT-related requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare and submit VAT return documentation, VAT Refund and coordinate VAT-related requirements.
• Handle accounting entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Maintain accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger records.
• Prepare monthly reports and assist with financial analysis.
• Manage accounting data using QuickBooks software.
• Review invoices, payments, receipts, and supporting documents.
• Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial records.
• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and UAE regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of accounting experience.
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks accounting software is required.
• Experience in UAE VAT return preparation and filing VAT Refund.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
