About the Role

Due to continued growth, DPlast is recruiting multiple Semi-Skilled Helpers to support our manufacturing and production operations.

We are seeking hardworking, reliable individuals with experience in manufacturing, plastics, welding, fabrication, or industrial environments who are looking for long-term employment with a stable and growing company.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist machine operators and production staff.
• Support manufacturing and assembly processes.
• Handle materials and finished products safely.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and packaging activities.
• Maintain workplace cleanliness and safety standards.
• Support welding, fabrication, maintenance, and installation teams as required.
• Follow company quality and safety procedures at all times.

Essential Requirements

• Previous experience in a manufacturing, industrial, factory, workshop, or production environment.
• Physically fit and capable of manual work.
• Good attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work overtime when required.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely.

Highly Preferred Experience
