SAP Enterprise Architect – S/4HANA RISE Transformation

The Role We are launching a high-visibility digital transformation program to migrate our legacy Oracle EBS ecosystem across 100+ legal entities to SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud via RISE. We need an accomplished client-side Enterprise Architect to own the blueprint, govern System Integrators, and enforce a strict Clean Core architecture.

Key Responsibilities Clean Core & BTP: Lead EA strategy and transient-state planning; use SAP BTP for side-by-side extensions. SI Oversight: Manage third-party deliverables, scope containment, and design quality. Fit-to-Standard: Drive business units toward SAP Best Practices over legacy customizations. Data & Analytics: Govern global MDM (ChainSys), UAE PDPL compliance, and unified reporting via SAP Datasphere & Power BI.

Requirements Experience: 15 to 18+ years total IT experience, with 8+ years leading client-side SAP S/4HANA architectures. Migration Proven: Track record in complex Oracle EBS to SAP S/4HANA transformations. Tech Stack: Deep knowledge of S/4HANA Cloud (RISE), SAP Activate, BTP, CPI, Datasphere, and core modules (FICO, MM, SD, PS, Ariba, SuccessFactors). GCC Statutory: Experience with GCC statutory mandates (UAE Corporate Tax, WPS, e-invoicing) is good to have. Education & Certs: Bachelor’s degree (Executive MBA preferred); SAP Professional Certifications are a MUST. (TOGAF 9, PMP/PRINCE2, or Cloud Architect certifications preferred) Leadership: strong CXO-level communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
