Job Title: Sales Trainee – IT Services

Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Sales Trainees to join our IT sales team. This is an entry-level opportunity for candidates who are eager to build a career in sales within the IT industry. The role involves learning and selling IT and digital services to international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and understand company IT services including SEO, SMM, eBooks, Mobile Apps, Animation, and other digital solutions
• Communicate with potential international clients via calls, emails, and online platforms
• Assist in lead generation and client outreach activities
• Present and promote IT services to prospective customers
• Follow up with leads and support the sales team in closing deals
• Maintain records of client communications and sales activities
• Meet assigned learning and sales targets

Requirements:

• Fresh candidates encouraged to apply
• Education: O/A Level or above
• Strong interest in building a career in Sales
• Good communication skills (English preferred)
• Eager to learn, confident, and goal-oriented
• Basic understanding of IT or digital services is a plus (training will be provided)
