Sales Representative

We are looking for a motivated and professional Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Word and MS Excel. The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating sales, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential customers.
• Promote and sell company products or services.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information.
• Prepare quotations, sales reports, and customer records.
• Follow up on leads and existing clients.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate sales data using MS Excel and prepare documents using MS Word.

Requirements:

• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Previous sales experience is an advantage.
